Our initial attempts to do this are encapsulated in the COSIMA Cookbook. The Cookbook aims to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Create standard Jupyter Notebooks for diagnosing model simulations, or groups of simulations;<\/li>\n<li>Documenting methods to efficiently interrogate large model datasets;<\/li>\n<li>Document model sensitivity studies; and<\/li>\n<li>Provide a gallery highlighting commonly used diagnostics.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The COSIMA Cookbook is publicly available on the <a href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/OceansAus\/cosima-cookbook\">OceansAus Github repository<\/a>.
